Mrs. Jacob Brenneman
Glen Rock, April 9 – Mrs. Julian Brenneman, wife of Jacob Brenneman, died yesterday morning at 9:30 o'clock at her home near Shaffer's Church, Codorus Township. Death was caused by a stroke of paralysis, which she sustained on Tuesday of this week. She was 83 years old, and was one of the oldest residents in Codorus Township.
Besides her husband she leaves the following children: Mrs. Lydia Hoffnagle, York; Mrs. Clinton Dellinger, Dallastown; Eli Brenneman, Manheim Township; William, Henry, George and Albert Brenneman, Codorus Township, and Mrs. Aaron Reaser, at home; one sister, Mrs. Jacob Shearer, Jefferson, and one brother, Jesse Sterner, Codorus Township.
The funeral will be held on Monday at 9:30 a.m. with services at the house. After services at the house the funeral party will proceed to Greenmount United Brethren Church, between Jefferson and Brodbeck. Interment will be made in the adjoining cemetery.
