Will of William Brown

I William Brown M. W. of the County of Clermont State of Ohio and Township of Tate being aged and infirm, but of sane mind, do constitute, ordain and appoint this as my Last will and Testament
When it shall please Almighty God to remove me from this State of existence in to another World, of all I have enjoyed, I can only carry with me the satisfaction of a good conscience, after my Decease funeral charges and necessary expenses being paid, I give and bequeath to my Brother John Brown and Sally Brown his wife the remainder of any Property both Real and Personal for their own proper use And do further constitute John Brown my Executor to Settle all unfinished business, after my, Desease.
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand this Nineteenth day of August AD 1831.
