Ollie M. Carper, 97, of Charleston died May 25, 2000, in Eldercare Nursing Home, Ripley, after a long illness.
She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church, Pinch.
Surviving: daughters, Beulah Mae Hill and Ellen Grubbs, both of South Charleston, Martha E. Cook of Blanchester, Ohio, Wilma Carter and Erline Davis, both of Charleston; sons, Willard Carper of Ripley, Forest Carper of Big Chimney; sister, Florence McLaughlin of Ravenswood; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; five great- great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Hafer Funeral Home, Elkview, with the Rev. Mark Siers officiating. Burial will be in Amma Cemetery, Amma.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
