Going by the records of when her father came into the Utah Territory in December of 1857 and his subsequent murder 5 August 1859, and the fact that she is not listed with her mother, siblings, and a new husband, James Hanley O'Brien on the 1860 Cesus in Fairfield enumerated in October 1860, her birth is estimated to be about 1859 and death before October 1860.

Thomas O'Brien is listed as a son of Jane Hacking and James Hanley O'Brien, but his birthdate is 1867 so either the birthdate is wrong or he was not the son of James Hanley O'Brien.

"I do not know Mr. King's first name as Mother mentioned him to me but once. At that time I asked her how she happened to marry him and she told me that she fell in love with a young man in England and was engaged to marry him but her mother opposed the marriage and the engagement was broken and she married Mr. King to get a home. I have no idea how long this marriage lasted or whether or not they were living together when Dave was born. However, they were subsequently divorced and she married a man named McNeil by whom she had a daughter named Josephine. McNiel was a Government Scout who was shot in the back and died at Camp Floyd. Josephine died when she was about two years old - also at Camp Floyd. I do not know what day she was born or when she died."
