Mary Nancy Casias beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt and grandmother passed away November 13, 2006 at home surrounded by her children.

Nancy was born December 7, 1936 in Pueblo, Colorado to Cosme and Juanita Archuleta. She moved to Clearfield, UT where she met her partner of 47 years, Lloyd Joseph Casias. They were married on April 30, 1955.

Nancy leaves behind six children, Steve Casias, Chuck (Natalie) Casias, Julie Casias, Vickie (Mark) Maestas, John Casias, and Sara Casias; 29 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews she loved as her own. Everyone who knew our mom knew her grandkids were the greatest joy in her life. She always said she was born to be a grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd; son, Joseph "Joe"; grandson, Damien; her parents; and many brothers and sisters.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, November 20, 2006 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 2840 South 9000 West, Magna. Friends and Family may call on Sunday from 6-7 p.m. at the Peel Funeral Home, 8525 West 2700 South, Magna. A Prayer Service will be held on Sunday at 7 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
Committal: Pleasant Green Cemetery.
