LINDSTED—Mrs. Gertrude Hunter McDonald LINDSTED, 95, Scottsdale, Arizona died at 5:30 pm, Thursday, Nov. 22 in Scotland Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Born March 29, 1884 in Rockford, daughter of Mr. And Mrs. David Hunter. Lived most of her life in Rockford. Married to James McDonald in 1913 in Rockford; he died in 1916. Married to Frederick Linsted in 1975 in Scottsdale, Arizona; he died in 1978.
Member of Second Congregational Church, also member of Daughters of the American Revolution. Graduated from Rockford College. There are no immediate survivors however there are numerous nephews and nieces.
Services at 1 pm. Monday at Julian-Poorman Funeral Home with the Rev. Joseph Cleveland, pastor of Second Congregational Church officiating. Burial at Guilford Union Cemetery
