ODESSA - Neva Louise Pickett, 70, of Odessa died Sunday, Feb. 23, 1997, in a Dallas hospital.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Temple Baptist Church with burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born Jan. 1, 1927, in Mereta and had lived in San Angelo and Sherwood and moved to Odessa in 1953. She retired from Granada TV Rentals at Medical Center Hospital and was a member of Temple Baptist Church and Sherwood Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, James Clyde Pickett of Odessa; four sons, Jimmy Clyde Pickett of Mission Viejo, Calif, Roy Dale Pickett of Odessa, Rowland Pickett of Corpus Christi and C.V. Pickett of San Angelo; a brother, Clyde Ray Smith; two sisters, Delsie Gann and Norma Jean Sizemore; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
