Born March 11, 1989, in Gettysburg, Pa., he was the son of Robert Eugene Baumgardner of Amherst and Lisa Paula Vosburgh of Naola. He was the brother of Zachary Malcolm Baumgardner, Staff Sgt., of Robins (Georgia) Air Force Base. Justin was a 2007 graduate of Amherst High School and was employed at Quality Archery Design as Asst. Supervisor for Assembly. He enjoyed his truck, cars, motorcycles, hunting, going to car shows and the drag strip. He loved his family, close friends and his cat, Max.
He is also survived by his stepmother Susie Baumgardner of Amherst and her children, Phillip Campbell, Jr. of Madison Heights and Nicole Nicholas of Madison Heights; his mother's fianc?, Fred Mays of Forest; paternal grandparents, Phyllis Baumgardner of Littlestown, Pa., and the late Leroy Baumgardner; maternal grandparents, Malcolm "Mac" Vosburg and wife, Janice, of Pedlar Mills and the late Cecile Tetreault; and great grandmother, Maria Tetreault of Rhode Island.
A memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, May 12, 2008, at Whitten Monelison Chapel by the Rev. Bill Dawson. Interment will follow in Allwood Cemetery, Amherst County.
Family visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2008, at the funeral home and at other times at the residence of his grandfather.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
