She was born in Hong Kong on May 17, 1929.
She came to the U.S. in 1956 and attended South Eastern Christian College in South Carolina where she achieved two master's degrees and met her husband Roger B. Bailey Sr. She was principal of a Chinese school and comptroller of a dental office in San Antonio, Texas. She served as Treasurer of Baldwin Park, California.
Survivors include two sons, Dr. Roger R. Bailey, Jr. (Pam) of Worthington and Edwin B. Bailey II (Shannon) of St. Petersburg, FL, one brother, Jackson Lee of Philippines, three grandchildren, Sarah Irene Bailey, Roger B. Bailey III, both of Worthington, and Edwin B. Bailey III of St. Petersburg, FL.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Mary Lam Yan.
Services will be conducted at noon Saturday at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton. Burial will follow at the Stanley Cemetery.
