James Henry "Jimmy" Alberson was born ca 1914 to James Henry and Laura Alice Marker Alberson near Canalou, New Madrid County, Missouri. He died on 5 February 1939 in a car accident. The car in which he was riding slipped off the road and turned upside down in a drainage ditch. Someone reported damage to a bridge railing and the repair crew came to fix it and found the car which was not visible until standing near the edge of the bridge. Four young people died on that snowy, cold, icy night. Including Jimmy there was his brother Hallie, his niece Wanda E. Goode and her friend. The accident happened east of Essex.[Edit Bio]
