NICKELL, Zelma M. (Fall) 94, of Middletown, died on May 3, 2008, at Atrium Medical Center. She was born in Jacksonburg, Ohio on November 22, 1913 to parents Charles and Mabel (Smith) Fall. She is survived by two sons: David (Maria Luisa) Nickell and Charles (Christa) Nickell; three daughters: Nancy Burt, Betty Davis and Loretta (Roy) Kelley; five sisters: Edna Wombold, Jeanette Ikenberry, Mildred Miller, Arlene Morrison, Shirley Hall; two brothers: Emerson Fall and Edward Fall; ten grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Zelma was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, sister and half sister. Reverend L. Timothy Doty officiating. Butler County Memorial Park.
