Deloris was born March 13, 1941 in Farmington, WW the daughter of Anna Belle Weekley Yocum and the late Sherwood Yocum.
She was a homemaker; a member of Paden City Eagles Aerie #2281 Auxiliary, Sistersville VFW Post 6327 Auxiliary and Paden City American Legion Post 86 Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death in addition to her father by her husband, Walter Bowen in 1996.
Surviving in addition to her mother, are a son, John (Penny) Gallagher of Elkview, WV; four daughters, Charlene Wildman and Lisa Bowen both of Paden City, WV, Susan (Raymond) Moore of Wick, WV, and Teresa Kerr of Cortez, FL; five brothers, Lindsey Yocum of Phillipi, WV, Thomas Yocum of Bellington, WV, Chalmer (Patty) Yocum of Elk City, WV, Jack Yocum of Phillipi, WV, Paul (Diane) Yocum of Phillipi, WV; two sisters, Carol (George) Riffle of Phillipi, WV and Tammy Beem of Elk City, WV; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Friends received 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. Monday-March 17, 2008 at Jarvis Funeral Home, Paden City, WV where funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday-March 18, 2008 with Rev. Darrel Gooden officiating.
