She was born Octobr 25, 1920 in Clay City, the daughter of Lynn and Leora Staley Pearce. She married Charles Grayson in Akron, Ohio, and he survives.
She was a member of the Clay City Rebekah Lodge.
Surviving in addition to her husband and her mother, are a brother, Trevor Pearce; and two sisters, Gennell Doris and Juanita Crackel.
She was preceded in death by her father and a sister.
Funeral services were held at Hosselton Bookhout, Engelmeier Funeral Home in Clay City.
Burial was in the Clay City Cemetery.
