Master Sgt in the Korean War and World War II. He received numerous medals, including a Silver Star, Bronze Star and Oak Leaf Cluster, which denotes a second Bronze Star. A warm and loving man, great Father and Uncle, and a true hero.

Father of Donna Kay, Eddie Mac (1955-1997)and Jackie Lou (1951-1991). Son of Eddie Guy Cowley Sr. (1893-1972) and Johnie Blanche Rogers Cowley (1897-1975)
