Dr. Elias Abrahams (Ely) was my grandfather and my namesake. He was the son of Max Abrahams and Fannie Danovitch.

He married Violet Dreishpoon Nov 24, 1932 in Brooklyn. My father and his brother were teenagers when he died.

Elias was a dentist. He had offices in New York City, his home in Brooklyn, and Millerton, NY. He had intended to move his family to Millerton after his practice there was well established. Sadly, it was not to be.
