Funeral will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13, 1997, at Florida Street Baptist Church, of which she was a member. Burial will follow in Guilford Memorial Park.
Mrs. Collins was a native of Stokes County, a devoted wife and mother and retired from Jackson Middle School.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Aubrey R. Collins of the home; sons, Drextal L. Collins of Summerfield and Barry R. Collins of Pleasant Garden; sister, Zula Carter of Madison; grandchildren, Kelli Collins , Jeff Collins , both of Greensboro, Whitney Williams of Thomasville, Matthew Collins of Summerfield, Benjamin Collins of Greensboro, and Tamera Davis of Archdale; and six great-grandchildren.
