Leah was born in Russia and is my great-great grandmother. I have also seen her name as Pauline in the New York census records.

She was married to Emanuel Abrahams probably about 1879 in Russia. She and Emanuel came to the US before 1886 after a short residence in Whitecastle, England where their son Herman child was born in 1883. Emanuel was naturalized in New York in Oct 1886.
