She was born in Waverly June 2, 1850, the daughter of James and Nancy Whaley Wilson. She was married to Isaac Holton, who preceded her in death in 1919.
She was a member of the Methodist Church in Pike County.
Surviving are five sons and one daughter: Edward Breitenbach, John Holton, and James Holton, Chillicothe; Ira Holton, Springfield; Luther, at home; and Mrs. Latta Hockenberry, Chillicothe. Also surviving are one brother, James Wilson of Pike County; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will take place Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the M. J. Grohe Funeral Home, with the Rev. Mr. E. A. Keaton officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday noon.
