Beloved father and grandfather, Orvlle will be greatly missed by his family, friends and church family.
He was preceeded in death by his secoond wife, Elsie Stevens Blevins whom he married August 4, 1945, his first wife, Agnes Frazier Blevins, sons: Orville Jr, Wlliam Glenn, and David Lawrence, his parents, John William and Nancy Wilson Blevins, sisters: Rosa Belle Blevins Mowery, Amanda Susan Blevins, and Ada Lee Blevins Rose, brothers: James Arthur, Henry Estill.
He was buried beside his parents and his wife, Elsie M. Stevens Blevins on Jan 25, 2001 at Garvin Ridge Cemetery, in Oive Hill, Kentucky.
He retired as a kiln fireman at Whitacre Greer Firproofing in Alliance, Ohio. He was truly a Christian man who lived his faith and was a member of the Macedonia Regular Baptist Church
