She was Valerdictorian, Class of 1944, Newton High School. She worked as a teller, secretary and dental assistant. She loved to sew and crosstitch. She was a Member of University United Methodist Church in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Survivors include her loving husband of 59 years, Johnnie Howard Gaudet, Sr of Lake Charles, her son Johnnie Howard Gaudet Jr. of Beaumont, Texas, her daughter, Clara "Missy" Jeffrey of Groves,Texas, her sister, Alyce Brown of San Augustine, Texas, her brother Wendell Howell Hall of Saint Franeisville, Louisiana, three Grandchildren and two Great-grandchildren.
Her parents, William Harrison and Clara Lee Hall, two brothers, Howell "Humpy" Hall and Raymond Eugene (Gene) Hall and her sister Willie B Hall Samford, her granddaughter, Leah Jeffrey (47996353) preceded her in death.
