The mass of resurrection for Carlos Gonzales, 90, a lifetime resident of Villanueva, N.M., was celebrated this morning at 11 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Villanueva with Father Thomas Kayammakal as celebrant.
Interment followed at the Villanueva Cemetery with the following serving as casket bearers: Edward Mondragon, Fermin Gonzales, Jr., Mike Montaño, Carlos Gonzales, Frank Gonzales, Julian Sena and Alex Wilhite.
Serving as honorary bearers: Walter Gallegos, Manuel Villanueva, Marco Salinas, Billy Sena and Bobby Gonzales and all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
