JESSE C. LANGFORD, 83, of Tampa died Thursday at AMI Memorial Hospital. A native of Newberry, he had lived in the Tampa Bay area 44 years. He was an electrician. He was a member of Florida Avenue Church of Christ and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 1205 in Gainesville. He is survived by his wife, Anne C. of Tampa; one son, John J. of San Jose, one daughter, Eleanor A. Briggs of Tampa; two brothers, Herbert of Largo and Clayton of Kokomo, four sisters, Myra Feagle of High Springs, Alene Smith of Clermont, Blanche Shields of Ocala and Cloyce Young of Cornersville and two grandchildren.
