Mrs. Verna Jane Borrowman Dies

Remains will be taken to Nebo, ILL., Thursday for interment.

Mrs. Verna Jane Borrowman, wife of Russell K. Borrowman, 422 Mark Twain avenue, passed away at 5:10 o'clock this morning in Levering hospital, at the age of 25 years and 23 days.

On May 20, 1922, she was married to Mr. Borrowman and to this union three children were born, one dying in infancy. Surviving her are her husband and two sons, James Kenneth, aged three years, and William Leo, aged nine days; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Moyers of Nebo, Ill., two sisters Mrs. Wilbert Ottwell of Ralls county and Miss Marie Moyers of Nebo, Ill., and a brother, Bryan Moyers of Hannibal.

The remains were removed to Smith's funeral home and prepared for burial and this afternoon will be taken to the home of her sister-in-law, Mrs. Roy Harrell, 414 North Third Street. At 12:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon the remains will be removed to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Moyers at Nebo, where interment will place at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon.
