Age 105, of Oshkosh WI; born in Morristown NJ to Helen and William Dean; lived an active lifestyle for years in Coral Gables FL, Pine Apple AL, and Roswell GA; attended the Bradford Academy, the Julliard School of Music, and Columbia University; taught piano more than 70 years; member of the Daughters of the American Revolution; married twice: Harold Moore (1923), Dr Thurston Adams (1943).

Preceding her in death were one brother William Dean, first husband Harold Moore, son Dr George Moore, daughter Peggy Sherry, husband of 55 years, Dr Thurston Adams.

Survived by son Dr W Sam (Betty) Adams, daughter-in-law Eleanor Moore, son-in-law Chris Sherry, eight grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and friends.

Memorials may be given to the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Music Department, the Oshkosh Women's Fund, or St. Raphael Catholic Church.
