A native of Yancey, County, NC, she had resided in Western North Carolina most of her life prior to moving to Gray, TN in the early 90's.
Mrs. Allison was a homemaker and formerly attended West Asheville Church of God.
She was the daughter of the late Richard David and Mollie Moranda Boone Smith and the wife of the late James Marvin Allison.
She was also preceded in death by her three brothers and one sister.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews..
Graveside services will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park
