Her husband Ed Armstrong predeceased her on October 11, 1993.
Born in Shillington, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Anna (Hirneisen) Enoch. She was a graduate of Shillington High School. Lela had been employed by CNA Insurance, Reading and was retired from the credit department of Sears in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ in Shillington.
She is survived by a daughter Shirley (Miller) Jacobs, Marlton, NJ and a son Randall Miller, Reinholds. Other survivors include a brother, Thomas Enoch, Reinholds, and a sister, Nancy (Enoch) Lindenmuth, Manheim. There are three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Memorial Service on Monday April 12, 2004, 11:00 AM at Immanuel United Church of Christ, Shillington, PA.
