Nicholas Kane Hoff, age 22 of Maumee, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Good Friday March 21, 2008 in St. Luke's Hospital.
He was a graduate of St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Grade School and a 2004 graduate of St. John's Jesuit High School. He was currently attending Owens Community College. He loved boating, fishing, music and sports, especially University of Michigan and Detroit Lions football.
Nich was preceded in death by his uncle Dave Dunlap and aunt Linda Cumbers.
He is survived by his parents Doug and Rita Hoff; brothers Brian Lewis, Rodney (Dawn) Lewis and Matthew (Julie Sandmann) Hoff; and special loving friend Ashley Hohenberger.
He was uncle Nich to Kaylen, Alex, and T.J. Lewis. He is also survived by loving aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
Friends may call at the Coyle Funeral Home 1770 S. Reynolds Rd. on Monday from 2-8pm where a Vigil Service will be held at 7pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday beginning at 9:30am in the mortuary followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church at 10am. Interment St. Rose Cemetery, Perrysburg.
