Services for John WATIE, 66, of Sallisaw were held Monday, Feb. 6, at 2 p.m. at the Wheeler Chapel with the Rev. Rosco Dalton, the Rev. Curtis Bias and the Rev. Monroe Lowrimore officiating.
Burial was in Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Wheeler Funeral Home.
Mr. WATIE died Saturday, Feb. 4, at Sequoyah Memorial Hospital. He was born Jan. 30, 1918, to Pearl Lee WATIE and Annie BRACKETT WATIE in Sallisaw.
