Nora Faye Roberson, 72, of Cameron died January 29, 2004 in a Temple hospital. Services will be 10:00a.m. Saturday, January 31, 2004 at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m. Friday in the chapel.
Mrs. Roberson was born November 10, 1931 in Cameron to G.C. and Cora A. (Pemberton) Partee. She was married to Ernest Jackson Roberson of Cameron. Mrs. Roberson was an operator at Johnnie's Drive-in and she also worked in the insurance department of Scott & White Hospital for some time. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal church in Cameron. She was preceded in death by her brother George "Apple" Partee.
Survivors include: husband Ernest Roberson of Cameron; sons Partee Roberson of Cameron, George Roberson and wife Guyla of Gray, Georgia; sisters Marie Threadgill of Cameron, and Doris Jean Lemon of Cameron; and grandchild Steven Roberson.
