Born March 26, 1950 in Muncie, she was the daughter of Charles and Icey (Gilpen) Crane. She married Franklin (Hank) Banks on November 30, 2000, in Norman. She was a loving mother, sister and aunt. She was generous to all she knew. Carolyn attended the Shiloh Church of Eureka.
Survivors include a daughter, Angela Hofman of Bloomington; a sister, Betty Baker of Springville; two brothers, Charles L. Crane of Bedford and Dave R. Crane of Bloomington. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday March 8 from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Kay Pruett officiating. Burial will follow in the Springville West Cemetery.
