Ward Hewitt Mouden, age 62, passed away February 27, 2008 at his home in McKinney, Texas. Ward was born April 10, 1945 in Kansas City, Kansas, to L.H. and June (Huges) Mouden. On August 16, 1969 he married Judy E. Bengren in Prarie Villiage Kansas.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Judy, of McKinney, Texas; sons, Hugh Mouden and wife, Cheri, of Murphy, Texas; and Matt Mouden and wife, Staci, of Round Rock, Texas; granddaughter, Madeline; and a grandson and granddaughter due in April; and brother, Dr. Lynn Mouden and wife, Sip, of Maumelle, Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents and twin sister, Marilyn Harrison.

A memorial service was held at 2p.m., Saturday, March 1, 2008 at the First United Methodist Church in McKinney with Dr. Jim Palmer and Rev. Doug Fox officiating. Internment followed at Pecan Grove Cemetery.
