Born July 11, 1951, in Lawrence County, he was the son of Everett and Elsie (Nikirk) Webb. He married Teresa Lynn Strunk on April 27, 1973, and she preceded him in death in 2001.
He was the Deputy Marshal for the Town of Oolitic. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Stone City Lodge No. 94 and the Hilltop Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include his mother, Elsie of Oolitic; one son, Toby D. Webb and wife Brandi of Bedford; two grandchildren: Brittani and Traven Webb; two brothers: Gary Webb and wife Jolene of Wichita, Kan. and Danny Webb of Oolitic and wife Jenafer of San Antonio, Texas; two sisters: Karen Barger and husband Joe, and Jeanna Flynn and husband Greg all of Bedford; a sister-in-law, Joann Webb of Springville; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa, his father, Everett and one brother, Eddie Webb.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Bill Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Patton Hill Cemetery.
