Geneva Elnora Childress, 73, of Skyline Drive, Princeton, died Thursday, Dec. 22, 1994 at 3:25 p.m. at Caldwell County Hospital following a short illness.
A housewife and a charter member of Northside Baptist Church in Princeton. She attended the Lighthouse Church, Princeton. She was born Oct 17, 1921, in Caldwell County, a daughter of the late Charles Uel and Annie Pugh Hankins.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Shannon Wes Gilkey, in 1989 and a daughter Anna Jeanette Gilkey in 1991.
Survivors include two sons Michael Dane Childress, Princeton, and Brad Childress, Kuttawa ; a daughter, Peggy Dean Gilkey, Newburgh, Ind. ; three grandchildren ; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services, Monday Dec. 26, 1994 at 1 p.m. at Morgan's Funeral Home in Princeton with the Rev Bob Williamson officiating.
Burial in Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery, Caldwell County, Ky.
