Prominent Citizen of Walcott is Dead
W.P. Bowlin, aged 66, a prominent citizen of Walcott, died yesterday morning at 6 o'clock, following an illness of complication of diseases.
Mr. Bowlin had been in failing health for two years and gradually had grown worse the past six months. He was a native of Greene County and a very prominent citizen.
The funeral took place from the Mt. Zion Church this afternoon at two o'clock and burial was made in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
