She was currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in family and childhood development from Georgia Southern University. While at GSU, she loved serving in the Kappa Delta Sorority, where she served as the vice president of Recruiting. As a student at Warner Robins High School, she was a cheerleader, an officer in the Spanish Club and a senior representative of the 2004-2005 Homecoming Court. During her senior year in high school, she was also voted "Most Likely to Be a Heartbreaker". Her maternal grandfather, William Morgan, preceded her in death, and her paternal grandfather, Eddie Paul Carter proceeded her in death. Those who treasure her most include her mother, Ellen Carter, Warner Robins; her father, Charlie Carter, and his spouse, Cecilia, of Dublin; sisters, Kristin Lee Stippel (Brandon), Royal Air Force Base, Lakenheath, England, Kelly Lauren Carter, Warner Robins, and Callie Rae Carter, Dublin; paternal grandmother and Shirley Carter, Warner Robins; maternal grandmother, Ellen Morgan, Warner Robins; grandparent, Sandra Odom, Dudley; nieces, Audrey and Julia Stippel, RAF, Lakenheath, England. The three Kappa Delta sorority sisters to include Jamie and her friends Melissa Eustice ; and Jessica Fulmer were driving back from an engagement party in Atlanta Sunday on I-16, was side-swiped by a white Ford and went on into eternity in a tragic accident after their SUV flipped several times. They are deeply missed but live on in the hearts of those who knew them. Until we meet again...
