Carmon Huffman

Carmon Huffman of Cottage Grove, Ore., died Thurday in Creswell Care Center in Creswell, Or. He was 80.
He was born Nov. 22, 1909 to Ross and Rena Carmon Huffman in Roosevelt, Utah.
Mr. Huffman had lived in Glade Park and Grand Junction before moving to Oregon.
Survivors include his wife, Ramona of Cottage Grove; two sons, Raymond and Alan, both of Cottage Grove; a brother, Darwin of Wenatchee, Wash.; four sisters, Maymie Hancock, and Vera Blasdel, bother of Grand Junction, Maxine Van Loan of Glade Park, and Billee Hiatt of Cottage Grove; eight grandchildren; and three greatgrand children.
A graveside service was scheduled for 10 a.m. today in Fir Grove Cemetery in Cottage Grove with Hugh Penistone officiatiing.
Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel in Cottage Grove is in charge of arrangements.
