She married Arnold Elonzo Haskell on December 28, 1934; they were later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on March 29, 1938. They had three children: Wanda Naylor (deceased) Duane, Lynn E. (Karen) Haskell, Ida Jean Hammond (Gail, deceased), 15 grandchildren, 69 great-grandchildren, 17 great-great-grandchildren, and a brother, Max (Bette) Harward. Ida loved the Lord and her family dearly and will be greatly missed.
Ida passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 7, 2008 at her home of causes incident to age. She resided at 1877 West 1100 North in Pleasant Grove, Utah at the time of her death.
Funeral Services were held on Saturday, February 16, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Garden Sixth Ward Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 745 North 600 West in Pleasant Grove. Calling hours were held on Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary located at 49 East 100 North in American Fork, and on Saturday prior to the services at the Church from 9:45 until 10:45 a.m.
Ida was laid to rest following the conclusion of the Funeral Services at 2:00 p.m. at the Payson City Cemetery in Payson.
