ALPIN L. ALLRED

Alpin L. Allred died Saturday at his home in Delta at the age of forty nine after an illness extending over about eight years. Alpin Allred was born in Spring City August 21, 1883 and came to Deseret about eighteen years ago later moving to Delta. His wife died about four years ago. He is survived by two children, Evan Loraine Allred and Rhea Allred, a brother K.P. Allred of San Francisco and three sisters, Mrs. Will Stapley, Hinckley, Mrs. H. C. Justesen, Gridley, California and Mrs. Dennis Black, Baldwin Park, California. The speakers at the funeral were N. L. Peterson, Milton Moody, Ephraim Eliason and E. Eugene Gardner. The musical numbers were a solo by Ward Moody, a duet by Mrs. Law and Mrs. Dekker and a solo by Glen Rawlinson accompanied by the choir. The choir also gave additional numbers. The grave was dedicated by Clark Allred.
