ANDERSON
Allen S. Anderson, 77, died December 27, 1990, at Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital, Ulysses, Kansas. He was born April 11, 1913, in Grant County, Kansas, the son of Alonzo and Hattie Staples Anderson. A retired farmer, he was a lifetime resident of Ulysses. He was a member of the Shelton Memorial Christian Church. On November 29, 1934, he married Miss Norma Nichols at Lakin, Kansas. She survives.
Other survivors include: a daughter, Mary R. Anderson, Washington, D.C.; a brother, J. J. Anderson, Lakin, Kansas; and a sister, Mary S. Davis, Fair Oaks, California.
Funeral services were at the Shelton Memorial Christian Church with the Reverend Bill Harrold presiding. Burial was in Shockey Cemetery. Memorial may be sent to the American Lung Association or the Kansas Lung Association in care of Phillips Mortuary.
