Tommy Joe Burns, 66, of Bates Arkansas passed away Thursday, December 6, 2007 in a Fort Smith, Arkansas hospital.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 10, 2007 at the Bates Pentecostal Church of God with interment in the Weeks Cemetery under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie of the home; one brother, Logan Burns, his wife Jean and their daughter Melissa of Wichita, Kansas; six step-daughters; four step-sons; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Maude Burns, Father, Logan Burns and Nephew Keith Burns.
Pallbearers will be Jim Dunigan, Carl D. Maxwell, Robert Page, Earney Page, Clifford Ritter, Raymond Wehr.
