Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the chapel. Arrangements are by Wildrose Chapel & Funeral Home.

Troy Mansuel Carter, was born Apr. 21, 1929, in Anadarko, Caddo County, Oklahoma. Troy is the older of the only set of twins born to Joseph Clarence Carter and Willie Marie Miller. His brother was named Roy Manusal Carter. He married Viola Marie Applegate, 14 Jul 1950. He died 16 Dec 2005 in Fresno, Fresno, California, and was buried in Belmont Memorial Park, Fresno, Fresno, California.
