Moishe Techner, A.K.A. Morris Tochner, Tochman. He was a middle-class businessman that sold pins and needles and other sundries. His family was from Kamenetz-Podolsk, Ukraine and he was a resident there at the time of his death of an infected caecum. He married Ida Tartaekovsky between 1886 - 1888 and raised his family in Kishinev, Moldova. His death is recorded in the Kishinev archives. 1972, his son Israel (my grandfather) visited the cemetery and found that his father's grave was destroyed by bombing during World War II.
