Vaughn G. Lane, 74, died at 4:20 p.m. Thursday in the Murphy Medical Center at Warsaw. He was a patient nine days following an illness of one year.
He was born July 27, 1901, in Mier, Ind., to Norman and Bertha Spencer Lane. His marriage was Feb. 2, 1940 in Hamilton, O. to Zettie Peak. She died in 1971. He had lived in the Rochester area 15 years, moving from Converse and Fulton. While a resident of Fulton, he owned and operated a restaurant in that community.
