Mrs. Lashmit Expires Here
Mrs. Fred L. Lashmit, 39 of 418 Rush Street, died early today at Lockwood General Hospital where she was taken Wednesday. She had been in ill health for the past 12 years.
Born Naomia Viola Fine in Clarion on September 16, 1908, she had resided in Petoskey since her marriage to Mr. Lashmit here on June 19, 1920.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by four daughters, Hope,Carrie,Betty and Mary, all residing at the home; her father Garfield Fine of Grand Ledge; one brother, George Fine, also of Grand Ledge.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 pm at the Stone Funeral Home, with the Rev. H.A. Baines officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
