FORGAN, Okla. - James Voice Armstrong Sr., 79, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2008.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. today in the Chapel of Clark Funeral Service with Rick Main officiating. Burial will be in Forgan Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are by Clark Funeral Service of Beaver, Okla.
Mr. Armstrong, was born Sept. 13, 1928, in Madisonville County to James I. Washington and Lucy V. Maynard Armstrong. He married Ruthie Lea Martin on Sept. 19, 1947, in Texas.
Survivors include two sons, James V. Armstrong of Liberal, Kan., and Rocky Dale Armstrong of Forgan; two daughters, Donna Sue Barnes of Yukon, Okla., and Brenda Lea McGee of Caddo Mills, Texas; 19 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
