Mrs. Carroll is survived by 3 daughters, Debra Corkern, Carolyn Anthony, and Charlotte Jones, all of Georgia; one brother Bobby Joe Carroll, Independence; 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Ladell Hickman Carroll; former husband, Charles William Jones; daughter, Sandra Kay Jones; and sisters Georgia Lee and Thelma Almond.

Mrs. Carroll was born December 12, 1940 in Ringgold, Louisiana, daughter of the late John and Ladell Carroll. She was an insurance salesperson and a member of Tabernacle Church of God in Independence, Louisiana.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and husband, Henry of Hiram and Carolyn Anthony of Austell; brother and sister-in-law, Rev. Bobby Joe Carroll and wife Maudie of Independence, LA; eleven grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Jones.
Funeral Services were held in Independence, LA.
Clark Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
