Donald (Skinnie) Leatherwood of Milsap died in a Weatherford nursing home Friday morning.
He was born on March 18, 1913 in Parker County and married Juanita Herring on May 8, 1942 in Stephenville.
He was a member of the Baptist church and a heavy machine operator.
He is survived by his wife; two sons Dona and Terry of Andrews; One sister, Rena Lynch of Springtown; six brothers, Zack and Hubert Leatherwood of Springtown; M.J. and John Earl Leatherwood of Poolville; M.H. Leatherwood of Weatherford, and C.T. (Doc) Leatherwood, Lake Worth. four grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 2pm Sunday at the Calvary Baptist Church in Mineral Wells with the Rev. Jimmy Williams officiating. Burial will be at the Hill Cemetery.
