MADILL -- Services for Dessie Faye Pelton, 52, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Watts Memorial Chapel with Lyndol Adams officiating. Interment will be at Woodberry Forest Cemetery.
Mrs. Pelton was born May 13, 1937, at Fobb, to Andrew F. and Ida M. Teague Wiggins. She died Oct. 24, 1999, in Madill.
She married Lewis Orvildean Pelton Dec. 12, 1974, at Lebanon, and spent most of her life in the Madill area. She was a Baptist and member of AARP. Her husband preceded her in death April 6, 1977.
She is survived by a brother, Junior Wiggins; and two sisters, Sylvia Amerson and Eva Keck, all of Madill.
Bearers will be Jerry Teague, Wendyl Muncrief, Bobby Felder, Mike Webb, Calvin, Larry, Jimmy and Gary Morgan.
