William Howard Bailey, "Billy," 42, of 111 Hilltop Drive Madison Heights, died Tuesday June 29, 1993 in Lynchburg General Hospital. Born in Lynchburg, he was the son of Agnes Estelle Hudson Bailey and Newman Henry Bailey. He was a self employed artist and member of the Madison Heights Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother he is survived by a brother Robert H. Bailey, and two sisters Maxine B. Parks and Audrey B. Burton, and a number of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 1 pm in the Whitten Monelison Chapel by the rev. Hugh bumgarner and the Rev. Tim Madison. Burial will be in Amherst Cemetery.
