Mr. Charles M. "Chuck" Becker, Jr., 63, died suddenly Friday (January 4, 2008) at Satilla Regional Medical Center.

He was a native of San Bernandino, CA, but he was currently a resident of Waycross. He was a self-employed truck driver for over 20 years. His favorite pastime was car racing in California where he set several track records.

He is the son of the late Charles Isaac Becker.

Survivors include his wife, Eva "Cissy" Miller Becker of Waycross; one son, Charles M. "J. B." Becker III of Cabazon, CA; two step-children, Emily Dufour Harris of Nahunta, and Nathaniel Wray Dufour of Ferndale, CA; his mother, Georgia Reno Becker of Rogue River, OR; two brothers, Rick Becker and Randy Becker both of Highland, CA; one sister, Elaine Ricker of Grant's Pass, OR; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorialization is by cremation.
